Yes.. I've tried Trillian, but you still lose a lot of the nice features that come with a lot of the other IM clients... it's just OK, I think.. but just not for me...

Have you tried Trillian? It's a instant messaging client capable of running several accounts such YIM, AOL, ICQ, MSN. It's similar to GAIM on Windows and Linux systems. I've been using Trillian for several years and I love it.

ya, i'm not a an apple guy myself, my top 10 (5) windows apps:

ACDSee : funny, i've been using this thing since circa 1998. i love it too, and haven't found anything better for personal photo organization on my hard drive.

MusicMatch: i've also been using this since 1998 and had bought the premier upgrade. Its probably not the best app out there for music organization or purchase, but i'm so used to it now.

Eclipse - for development. you can find new cool ways to use this thing every day

CavaJ - java decompiler.. comes in handy for those pesky proprietary class files

Grabber2k - a simple, easy to use screen shot grabber. I got it back like 5 years ago for free... i don't think you can get it anymore... good thing i save my install executables (sometimes)
