		<description>i don't like Wierd Fish because I had the weird fish in my fish and chips and it tasted like dirt.  i tried to drown it in vinegar...still tasted bad.  the trout looked good however...</description>

		<description>Wow-- I think this is the official launch announcement of eats.it.  Way to go, Scoop.

If you're poking around  our new &lt;a href="http://sandiego.eats.it" rel="nofollow"&gt;site&lt;/a&gt;, the usual caveats apply.  We just put this out there last week, there are some rough edges, some features haven't been exposed,  we need more content, blah blah blah.

Some of you are rolling your eyes and thinking, "Oh, just what the world needs, another restaurant review site."    First we don't do reviews, we do recommendations-- the difference is subtle and important.  Second, I started working on this because I was disappointed with all the tools available to help me decide where to grab dinner.  Third, do you know how big the local market is?  There's plenty of room for lil' ol' me.

Anyhoo, if you're so inclined, we welcome your comments on the new site.  Good, bad, indifferent... &lt;a href="mailto:feedback@eats.it" rel="nofollow"&gt;send 'em in&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
